One issue I experienced during my stay is that, as a hotel guest, you cannot access any floor other than the floor where your room is located. Each floor requires the room key card to access it. I understand that this may be for security reasons, but it makes the experience feel overly restricted. Moving around the hotel becomes inconvenient, especially if you have two rooms located on different floors, as you cannot easily move between them.
