I booked two rooms, arrived at 4:30 PM and only one room was available .. they said the second room would take 30 min to be ready but it took 2.5 hours and wasn’t ready before 6:30 PM.. next day, they insisted on me leaving at the checkout time and wouldn’t even give one hour to complement what happened the night before.. the male employee at the reception was too rude while talking to me without even looking me in the eyes, while his female colleague was much more polite.
