Location Great. 1st Room electricity went off, door would not lock, 2nd room was not what we had paid for 3rd room was OK. water went off Christmas day due to burst pipe. Staff tried to accommodate guests as much as they could due to the situation. Limited breakfast due to no water. staff all seemed very stressed but did the best they could due to the water situation.

Food nice in Hudson bar and 20 per cent off staying in hotel. Bar area nice staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms quiet even though busy road and close rail station
