I had a very disappointing experience staying in rooms 220 and 222. There appears to be some kind of mechanical equipment located underneath these rooms that produces a constant loud humming and vibration throughout the night. The noise was so persistent that it was nearly impossible to sleep. The positive part of the experience was that when my husband went to the front desk around midnight to report the issue, the staff was understanding and promptly moved us to another room. I appreciate their willingness to help. However, no guest should have to wake up in the middle of the night and change rooms just to get some sleep. I hope management investigates the source of the noise and addresses the problem so future guests don’t have the same experience.
