First it was the location being near the International Conference Center and that the price was reasonable But after arriving the staff was very friendly and helpful the room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was wonderful

The stuff was amazing. They had gifts for the kids when we arrived than on Christmas day ,they had more gifts prepared for the kids. The food was amazing ,it was clean and comfortable. Samundra was so sweet and prompt when we asked for more towels. Everything was exceptional. We got upgraded to Crowne Plaza due to Christmas holidays for employees but everything was exceptional. The communication with the hotel stuff was very smooth . Big thanks to Jordan . We will definitely choose to stay her again in the future.
