We have arrived at 12 pm and we were very tired from a long trip . Me and my children. The lady at front said the check-in time was at 4pm . She didn’t even make any effort to let us check in early. She kept on saying that there was nothing she was able to do . After seating at the lobby for more then 3 hours waiting then she later let us check in at 3.15pm. ,
